Thailand Privilege offers five tiers with increasing benefits and costs. The Bronze tier at 650,000 THB provides a 5-year multiple-entry visa with 90-day stays per entry (Special Entry visa). The Gold tier at 900,000 THB provides a 5-year multiple-entry visa with 1-year stays per entry via Privilege Entry (PE) visa, 20 privilege points, and access to fast-track and transfer services. The Platinum tier at 1,500,000 THB upgrades to 10-year validity with 1-year stays, 35 privilege points per year, and expanded annual credits. The Diamond tier at 2,500,000 THB offers 15 years with 1-year stays, 55 privilege points per year, and a dedicated personal concierge for health and lifestyle services. The top Reserve tier at 5,000,000 THB provides 20 years of membership with unlimited fast-track, 120 privilege points per year, and exclusive access to private dining and events. All tiers include a dedicated government concierge for visa and immigration services, discounts at partner hotels and restaurants, and access to the Thailand Privilege lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The price difference between tiers is substantial, so prospective members should evaluate which benefits they will actually use. For most members, the Platinum tier offers the best balance of value and benefits.
Thailand Privilege membership does not grant tax exemption or special tax status. If you spend 180 or more days in Thailand during a calendar year, you are classified as a Thai tax resident with potential tax liability on income remitted to Thailand, the same as any other visa holder. However, the 1-year stay per entry for PE visa holders (or 90-day for Bronze SE visa holders) does give members flexibility to manage their days in Thailand to avoid tax residency if desired. The visa does not include work rights — members who wish to work in Thailand must obtain a separate work permit through a Thai employer or their own registered Thai company. The membership fee is paid as a single upfront payment and is non-refundable even if you cancel early. From a legal standpoint, Thailand Privilege is not a residence permit or permanent residency — it is a long-term visa that simplifies entry and stay in Thailand. Members are still subject to all Thai laws including immigration regulations, and the membership can be revoked for criminal activity or immigration violations.
